Timothée Botbol (cello) and Dinara Klinton (piano) classical music concert
Timothée Botbol and Dinara Klinton will perform a series of recitals of Claude Debussy, Ernest Bloch, Francis Poulenc.
Timothée Botbol starting his early musical education in Geneva at the Jaques Dalcroze Institute later progressed to the Lausanne Haute École de Musique and the Royal College of Music on the Artist Diploma program, under tutorship of professors such as Patrick Demenga, Alexander Chaushian and Richard Lester where he was supported by a Musicians’ Company Lambert Studentship, the Concordia Foundation, the AF Marescotti ville de Carouge Award and the Fondation F & M-F Minkoff. He also has participated in numerous masterclass with renowned cellists such as Gary Hoffman, Franz Helmerson, Gustav Rivinius, Jérôme Pernoo and Miklòs Perényi.
Future performances include St John’s Smith Square, Megève Festival, Faversham Music Club and St Magnus Festival. In addition to cello, Timothée has performed as a baritone soloist, singing at Geneva’s Victoria Hall accompanied by the Geneva Chamber Orchestra.
As a recording artist, Dinara Klinton has received widespread critical acclaim for her interpretations. Among many dazzling reviews, her album Liszt: Études d’exécution transcendante, S. 139, released by the German label GENUIN classics, was selected by BBC Music Magazine as Recording of the Month. Dinara’s debut album Music of Chopin and Liszt was made at the age of 16 with an American label DELOS, and the most recent CD is a part of renowned recording series Chopin. Complete Works on contemporary instruments, released by The Fryderyk Chopin Institute.
Dinara’s music education started in the age of five in her native Kharkiv, Ukraine. She graduated with highest honours from Moscow Central Music School, where she studied with Valery Piassetski, and the Moscow State P.I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory, where she worked with Eliso Virsaladze. After that Dinara continued her education at the Royal College of Music under the tutelage of Dina Parakhina.
